The MJ Research PTC-220 Dyad PCR System, with two 96-Well blocks, is a high performance thermal cycler designed for fast and efficient multi-block thermal cycling. Equipped with a programmable Dyad cycler with dual-bay chassis, the MJ Research Dyad is an ideal solution for running multiple protocols and accommodating multiple users. Moreover, the system employs user-friendly intuitive software for programming, editing, and file management.


This innovative MJ Research thermal cycler is part of the Alpha unit family, which has the distinct capability of accommodating a wide range of tubes, microplates and slides with its interchangeable sample blocks. The Dyad Dual system also works well with either the Hot Bonnet heated lid for oil-free cycling, or the Power Bonnet lid for automated cycling. The Dyad PTC-220 can be used either with calculated temperature controls for optimal speed and accuracy, or with block/probe temperature controls for protocol compatibility with various instrument types.
