The Agilent 1100 HPLC provides you with in depth molecular information in a modular instrument that’s easy to maintain and intuitive to use. This Capillary LC system brings you a complete analytical solution, with fully integrated hardware and software to boost your productivity and give you results of which you can be confident. This HPLC stack comes configured with a Variable Wavelength detector, Colcom, Autosampler, a Low pulse binary pump, and a vacuum degasser. The Agilent G1312A Binary Pump provides high-pressure mixing. The G1314A VWD high-performance Variable Wavelength Detector employs a deuterium lamp that provides high intensity and a low detection limit, with a wavelength range of 190-600 nm. The G1316A Colcom is a temperature-controlled column compartment built to handle Peltier heating and cooling and hold up to three 30cm columns.
The Agilent 1100 Series LC lets you analyze a broad spectrum of compounds such as proteins and peptides, pesticides and herbicides, as well as drugs and drug metabolites. This LC system helps shorten analysis times while providing robust information such as molecular weight, structure, low-level impurities, and quantitative information without the need for fully resolved peaks, letting you do more in a single run with less preparation.
The Agilent 1100 Series LC lets you use existing HPLC methods through an orthogonal-spray ion source and high-capacity drying gas system for exceptional sensitivity and reproducibility. The benefits of the orthogonal spray of this LC system are reduced background and ion source contamination, optimized desolvation and ion transport, and it eliminates the need to reposition for changes to flow rate or solvent compositions. The Agilent 1100 Series LC also comes equipped with Agilent Lab Advisor Software, with instrument tests for daily use, general calibration tools, and maintenance procedures.
