The Centurion K3R Refrigerated Centrifuge is a sleek, durable benchtop centrifuge, with LCD display and easy operation. This microprocessor-controlled refrigerated centrifuge holds 108 programs in memory, accessible from the large, upfront touch control panel. From this panel, users can also select their speed, up to 15000 rpm, RCF up to 22000 x g, and the desired temperature. For temperature-sensitive samples, this benchtop centrifuge has an adjustable range between – 9°C to 40°C, powered by ozone-friendly, CFC free R404A gas. The control system also has automatic rotor recognition and 10 acceleration and deceleration rates each. The Centurion K3R is whisper quiet and runs cool on a brushless motor. This Refrigerated Centrifuge lets users set their desired time up to 9999 minutes, a pulse for short-run, and hold. Included with the K2015R are safety features such as multipoint lid-locking with an emergency lid release, imbalance detection, extra metal chamber protection, Overspeed sensors, and a motor overheat sensor.
