Millipore Labscale TFF System

The Millipore Labscale TFF System brings you easy to use preparation of samples a compact footprint about the size of a piece of paper. This tangential flow filtration system is best suited for process development, scaling up a process, and sample preparation. On top of this instrument is a graduated 500mL acrylic reservoir with a back-pressure valve, retentate pressure indicators and feed, and can be operated in two modes, concentration or continuous diafiltration. The maximum inlet pressure of 4.2 bar, and a feed flow rate of 10-100mL/min, and a maximum recirculating volume of 20mL. This system can also be used with the optional Pellicon XL 50 Cassette that eliminates the need for tubing connections.
