The Millipore P630x500 is a manual Chromatography Column that provides users with a fast, reliable, and reproducible packing, process scale for purification processes. This chromatography column can be packed and unpacked without removing the top flow cell for a contained slurry operation that avoids the risk of contamination and exposure. Columns can typically be packed and unpacked in between 30 to 60 minutes and are easy to maintain. The marked acrylic column tube gives users high visibility of the packed bed while in operating, while the highly polished metal parts provide sturdy support. The sanitary design of this chromatography column allows for a fully flushed flow path and minimal dead space. The chromatography column diameter is 630mm, and is 500 mm high, with an operating pressure of 3.15 bar. The operating temperature range can be between 2 to 30°C.
