The Thermo Invitrogen Qubit 3 Fluorometer is highly accurate, compact and very user friendly. This benchtop fluorometer has a dual core processor that can store up to 1000 sample results, and quickly processes and quantifies DNA, RNA, and protein in under 5 seconds per sample. Working with as little as 1 uL of sample,this handheld fluorometer uses fluorescent dye bound to the target that emits a signal and minimizes the effects of contaminants on results, giving you accurate results. The Qubit 3 is higher in sensitivity than UV absorbance, and is more accurate at low concentrations thanks to the dyes used.
The Thermo Invitrogen Qubit 3 Fluorometer guides users thought a large 5.7 inch, easy to navigate touch screen menu. Users can find and run the assays they need, with the ability to customize this handheld fluorometer with the assays most frequently used, add new assays, in their choice of 7 languages. Data from the Qubit 3 Fluorometer can be exported through a USB, or through the provided cable. This benchtop fluorometer can also be used to measure the fluorescence of samples.
