This -30°C freezer is double-sided, holding up to 14 shelves, and stores up to 1064 plasma boxes in 51.1 cu ft of volume. The TSX Series of freezers and refrigerators are high performance and have such features as the V drive that detects and adapts cooling to usage patterns and uses 50% less energy than their more conventional counterparts. They also use natural refrigerants and water-blown insulation to be SNAP compliant. The lower energy consumption also means less heat kicked into the lab environment and lowers HVAC costs.

The Thermo TSX Series Plasma Freezer TSX5030LA has a temperature range of -35° to -15°C and is preset at -30°C. This can be controlled from the digital command center that also provides an at a glance icon representation of overall freezer health and allows users to set their setpoint security, alarms and turns the interior light on or off. The doors for this lab freezer will hold open at 90° and fully extendable drawers for easy loading and unloading.
