The H Drive Hydrocarbon technology adaptive control system saves 25% in energy usage and heat rejection compared to conventional -86C freezers. The TDE50086FA model holds 500 2-inch boxes within its 24.1 cu. ft./682 L volume chamber.

The Thermo TDE50086FA has a sophisticated onboard data center where users can access information such as real-time monitoring of sample temperatures, system statuses, and data, all of which can be accessed through the user-friendly touch screen. This command center guides users through a step-by-step setup to help them access event logs and download data through the built-in USB port. The Thermo Freezer’s data logging also eliminates the need for a separate chart recorder.
