Charles River NexGen PTS
The Charles River Endosafe NexGenPTS is a handheld spectrophotometer that offers rapid results and convenience for disposable cartridges. This real-time Endotoxin testing device provides information on endotoxin detection and glucan concentration determination. Using disposable cartridges and having a touchscreen display with easy navigation make this portable test system help to accelerate your workflow.
The Charles River Endosafe NexGen-PTS is simple to operate. Users add 25ul of a sample to each cartridge reservoir and insert them into the chamber. The Nexgen reader mixes the samples with reagents and substrates, incubates them, and then analyzes the results with an automatic duplication control LAL test. The results are displayed on the screen and can be exported and printed. The onboard software also offers profile management for 21CFR part 11 compliance, features volume recognition with a sample size detection feature that can be turned on and off, and stores every test result, log, and audit.
