Invitrogen Neon NxT Electroporation System

The Neon NxT Electroporation System uses neon electroporation to increase transfection efficiency and cell viability. This system is ideal for working with primary, stem, and difficult-to-transfect mammalian cells, and it delivers nucleic acids quickly and efficiently while preserving viability. This flexible electroporation system ranges from 1 x 10⁴ cells to 1 x 10⁷ cells per reaction and is customizable. It can store up to 10,000 application protocols with a library of 400 pre-programmed options. This electroporation system is compact enough to easily fit in a biosafety cabinet. 

The Neon NxT Electroporation System is easy to use, with a full-color touch screen and plug-and-play operation. The pipette tip chamber has an advantage over standard cuvette systems. The biologically compatible chamber maximizes the distance between two electrodes while keeping the overall surface area to a minimum to create a more uniform magnetic field. This design yields a higher cell survival rate by maintaining better physiological conditions.
