The Sony SH800 Cell Sorter provides a fully automated setup and highly accurate sorting in an easy-to-use, easy-to-maintain system. This walk-up flow cytometer cell sorter utilizes a microfluidics sorting chip and four lasers that increase sensitivity. It can give up to 8 parameters for each event and collect up to 2 different populations and six colors.

The SH800 is about 1/3rd the size of a conventional cell sorter thanks to the integrated laser technology and compact mechanical system, including interchangeable nozzle chips that range in size from 70 to 130 microns. This allows disposable components to be used instead of fixed, expensive quartz flow cells. This flow cytometer features 405nm, 488 nm, 561nm, and 638 nm lasers with a colinear optical system and six fluorescent +2 scatter detection parameters. Samples are taken from a single 0.5mLm, 1.5 ml, 5 ml, or 15 ml tube and can be sorted into a 2-way tube or a 96-well plate.

The Sony SH800 Cell Sorter simplifies setup by guiding users with powerful software that takes the guesswork out of optical alignment, side stream calibration, and delay time adjustment, as well as data analysis afterward.
