- EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION
The Agilent G1330B Thermostat provides consistent heating and cooling for tight temperature control during HPLC assays. This HPLC thermostat is built to be partnered with a fraction collector or autosampler and can hold either 100 × 1.8 mL vials or two wellplates and 10 × 1.8 mL vials. The G1330B heats and cools through use of Peltier controlled heat exchangers, that draws air from above the sample area and blows it through the fins of the module, then the Thermostated air enters the autosampler to be distributed evenly for effective control. During cooling, condensation will appear however the water will be guided out of the thermostat. The Agilent G1330B Thermostat has a settable range from 4-40°C, set in 1° with an accuracy of 3 to 9°C.
