The Applied-Biosystems 7500 RT PCR Machine provides flexible implementations, advanced thermal cycling, and quick results. This real-time PCR is a potent 5-color system that works with a wide range of existing dyes and can be calibrated to accept new dyes without the need to add new filters. The ABI 7500 is an ideal choice for multiplexing, thanks to the multi-component algorithm that minimizes cross-talk. This PCR system also supports assays such as gene expression analysis, pathogen quantitation, SNP genotyping, and isothermal, and makes use of prepackaged TaqMan Assays, cutting down on optimization time.
