Applied Biosystems Veriti 96 Thermal Cycler
The Applied Biosystems Veriti Thermal Cycler gives your lab an easy-to-use, robust reader with user-friendly controls. Navigating this PCR machine is simple, thanks to the full-color touchscreen interface that guides users through the setup and produces highly accurate and reproducible results. The touchscreen controller of the Applied Biosystems Veriti 96 well thermal cycler allows for fast setup with two types of navigation methods: choosing pre-programmed assays or setting up or adapting your PCR methods.
The ABI Veriti PCR comes with VeriFlex blocks that allow you to run six independent temperatures, giving the user precision control and the ability to run multiple experiments. This feature is better than the standard gradient control method used by most. Thermal Cycler includes a built-in Tm calculator to approximate the optimal annealing temperature. It also has a USB port that allows users to record and export data on a computer for simple reporting or transferring methods between machines.
