The Agilent Aria Mx Real-Time PCR System combines a thermal cycler with an advanced optical system, paired with comprehensive analysis software to bring you an unrivaled, fully integrated qPCR system that is compatible with a range of fluorescence detection chemistries, including SYBR Green and EvaGreen dyes.  This system sports an intuitive touch screen interface that requires little training and boosts productivity.  The modular optics and open reagent platform bring you enhanced agility, while 120+ onboard instrument diagnostics guarantee precise and repeatable results.

This system features multiplex capabilities, with 2 to 5 channels plexing with the option of 6 different filters. The AriaMx’s unique reagents are useful across a range of assays, including fast cycling, and are designed to bring you rapid hot start capability and reliable, reproducible data.  With the Ultra-fast Brilliant III reagents, you can achieve SYBR assay results in as little as 42 minutes.

The Agilent AriaMx software that accompanies this system is easy to use, combining powerful analysis algorithms with precise, intuitive organization for an excellent user experience.  This software is capable of database file management, electronic audit trails, and reporting generation features.
