Agilent Biotek Synergy H1 F Microplate Reader
The BioTek Synergy H1 F plate reader is a high throughput, multiple detection microplate reader built on a performance, with a flexible modular platform and filter optics. The Synergy H1F can be read in full-light luminescence, filtered luminescence, and top reading filter/dichroic fluorescence, fluorescence polarization, and time-resolved fluorescence.
This Multi-Mode Plate Reader is ideally suited for various research assays such as cell-based, biomarker, micro-volume nucleic acid and protein analysis, and kinetic assays. Fluorescence Intensity has a sensitivity of 0.25 pM (0.025 fmol/well with a 384-well plate, and a dynamic range of 7 decades. Fluorescence Polarization has a wavelength range capability of 280-700nm.
The BioTek Gen5 software is extremely easy to use and has several built-in protocols to choose from. Some featured reads of the Synergy H1 plate reader includes endpoint analysis, well area scanning, spectral scanning, and kinetics, and a four-zone temperature controller up to 45°C with a built-in shaker. The Synergy H1F plate reader runs off a Xenon Flash Lamp with a wavelength accuracy of ± 2nm.
