The Analytik Jena BioMetra T-Gradient Thermal Cycler is a a 96 well PCR machine that brings you advanced protocols with simplicity and ease of use. The Biometra controls the sample block temperature accurately and precisely without over or under shooting the target temperature.  The T-Gradient thermal cycler operates at a whisper quiet volume of <45dB so it won’t distract techs while it is running. The controls are simple and easy to navigate and require minimal training to get staff up to speed.

The TGradient was developed to provide a reliable instrument that brings high performance for daily routines and fast optimization of reaction parameters.  Different annealing temperatures can be tested in a single run, thanks to the TGradient technology, which creates a gradient that is as linear as possible.
