Anton Paar Litesizer 500 Particle Analyzer
The Anton Paar Litesizer 500 Particle Analyzer offers your lab a sleek and robust means of characterizing particles in liquid dispersions. This particle analyzer uses dynamic (DLS), electrophoretic (ELS), and static light scattering methods to measure particle size, zeta potential, and molecular mass. The Litesizer 500 optics are auto-adjusted for stability over years of use.
The Anton Paar Litesizer 500 Particle Analyzer uses a single-frequency laser diode with a wavelength of 658 nm that warms up for use in about 6 minutes. Detection angles can be set at 15, 90, or 175°, and the particle size range can be between 0.3nm to 10um. This particle analyzer works with either polystyrene, quartz cuvettes, or Zeta potential cuvettes.
This Anton Paar Litesizer Analyzer features simple-to-use software that shows all the user’s critical information in a single display, from input parameters to final calculated values. Assays can be run in a series, allowing users to vary the pH, the temperature, or the amount of time and observe how those changes impact particle properties. The Litesizer 500 includes continuous transmittance measurements to quickly determine suitability for a sample’s light scattering measurement. Users can also easily create reports and compile data to be 21CFR Part 11 compliant.
