Azure Biosystems 300 Imager

The Azure Biosystems 300 Imager provides users multiple digital image capture options in a compact footprint, with speed results and software to analyze! This multichannel and multimodal imaging system can capture visible fluorescence, visible light, and UV excitation channels.  Each system has a 7-position filter wheel, UV302 and 365nm transillumination, chemiluminescence, trans-white, and epi blue light.

The Azure 300 system features the above plus True Color and a 9.1 mp 16-bit CCD camera .

The C300 has an 8.5 mp camera, each -50°C Peltier cooling, and a 20.5×16.5cm field of view.

The Azure 300 has a powerful high-resolution camera, with digital captures that outperform film over a wide dynamic range. The integrated darkroom and analysis software allows users to select from preset protocols and autofocus, illumination, and filter control or generate custom protocols to capture publication-ready images. Adjustable settings include excitation sources, emission filters, image overlays, lens aperture, exposure time, focus, distance to the camera, and resolution, all set from the upfront full-color display.
