The Azure Biosystems C200 Gel Doc Imager provides users with multiple digital image capture options in a compact footprint, with speedy results and software to analyze!  The Azure C200 is set up with a 5.4MP camera and features dual wavelength UV, EPI Blue light, True color, and White light imaging. The Azure Gel Imager sports features that make it easy to use right away, such as Dual-Focus technology, which gives you crystal clear images in perfect focus without having to touch the camera. With automatic imaging, all you must do is select the application, and the Azure Biosystems C200 will many choose the light sources and filters for you.

The Azure C200 Gel Doc is flexible in the applications it can be used for. With the EPI Blue LEDs, safer alternatives to ethidium bromide can be imaged.  Using the visible light application, protein gels stained with Coomassie blue, or silver stain are imaged with ease.  The Azure Biosystems 200 imager features a dual wavelength 302nm and 365nm transilluminator, compatible with an expansive assortment of dyes including ethidium bromide, SYBR green, SYBR gold, SYPRO orange, fluorescein, RadiantRed, Texas Red, and SYPRO Red. Exposure to UV is prevented by an interlock switch in the compartment. The C200 can be upgraded to accommodate further applications, including chemiluminescence.
