Baker Biosafety Cabinet Class II A2 – Unused 2021
The Baker SterilGARD Biosafety Cabinet is a Class II A2 cabinet that offers your lab vertical laminar airflow and HEPA filtration to keep users and samples safe from airborne contaminants. The Baker 404XD is especially ideal for use with a CytoFLEX cell sorter to provide a separate airfoil to reduce airflow turbulence and protection for personnel, product, and environment.
The SterilGARD Biosafety hood uses a momentum of 100 FPM through the access opening to protect users, creating a powerful and effective air barrier. Additionally, to protect the product the Sterilgard iii advance uses HEPA filtration is used for the downflow into the cabinet, and for exhausting out to the room. When it comes time to change the HEPA filters for the scan tested supply and exhaust or this biosafety hood are installed in the front and are accessible without entering the work area.
This Sterilgard Biosafety Cabinet interior is corrosion resistant stainless steel, with one GFCI duplex outlet and solid one-piece construction. The working access height is 10” and the screen is set at a 10° angle for viewing comfort. Cabinet controls are set above the work area and it easy to reach and read from a sitting or standing position.
