Thermo Barnstead Micropure 50132373 UV System

The Barnstead Water Purification system Micropure allows labs to process up to 15L/day of ultra-pure, Type 1 water. This system is an ideal choice for HPLC or other instrumental analyses, sample preparation, glassware rinsing, or molecular biology work in which endotoxins and/or nucleases would interfere. The ultrapure water system uses direct line access and automatically monitors the quality to help preserve the cartridge life. This system uses a recirculating pump that prevents bacterial growth and allows for the constant monitoring of all functions for optimal performance.

The Thermo Barnstead Micropure has a backlit tiltable display that allows for easy viewing. From this command area, users can monitor alerts and parameters, and vary their dispensing rate. This system features smart consumables, with a validated 0.2um final filter that can be autoclaved up to 5 times. The UV photo-oxidation runs at 185/254nm and reduces the organic compounds in the water to ultralow levels.
