Binder Drying Oven
The Binder FD 53 Drying and Heating Oven offers a compact unit with rapid heat-ups and excellent uniformity. Thanks to the forced air convection, this binder drying oven has a temperature range of up to 300° C and a stability of 0.3°C. The fan-assisted heating also means it only takes this Binder laboratory oven 60 minutes to reach 300°C and can recover that temperature in 5 minutes after opening. The interior is 1.9 cu ft in volume and can exchange air up to 64 times an hour.
The Binder FD 53 uses digital control with APT line technology to ensure accurate heating throughout the instrument. Users can set their desired temperature and adjust their timer function. Additionally, this drying oven electromechanically controls the exhaust air flap for safety. This drying oven features a class 2 integrated adjustable temperature monitor with a visual alarm to alert users to deviations from set points.
