Biotage Isolera One Flash Chromatograph

The Biotage Isolera One is a Flash Chromatography System that provides easy to operate flash chromatography in a compact and robust system.  This single-channel, single-collection bed flash system can have a variable detector with a bandwidth range of 200-400 nm or a fixed wavelength at 254 nm. (Please see model number) The Isolera one also has a fraction capacity of up to 9.6 liters.  The flow rate of this flash chromatography system can be set between 1 and 200 mL per minute and features a gradient optimization that reduces solvent use by up to 60%. This flash chromatography system is also loaded with ACI, Accelerated Chromatographic Isolation which converts simple flash purifications into a faster way to isolate pure compounds, reducing traditional purifications from 15 minutes to 5.

The Isolera One Flash Chromatography system features a full-color touchscreen control that guides users through a window-based interface allowing them to select and edit methods quickly and easily. From this interface, users can change gradient points of this chromatograph, edit segments, flow rate, collection volume, fraction wavelengths, and modes, or add extra collection racks all while a run is in progress. Methods for the Isolera systems can be transferred to other Isolera Systems for increased throughput. These Accelerated Chromatographic Isolation systems are also optimized for Biotage SNAP, SNAP Ultra, ZIP, and ZIP Sphere cartridges from 5g up to 750g sizes.
