The Biotage SP1 Flash Chromatograph is compact, efficient, and intuitive to use. This liquid chromatography system purifies compounds in an accelerated manner so you can get back to creating. The SP1 Flash Purification system comes equipped with a variable wavelength detector with a bandwidth of 200-320 nm, that provides purification data to the FLASH collector. The FLASH fraction collector of this liquid HPFC system has a sample volume capability of up to 2880mL, but with an optional added rack can go as high as 5760 mL to increase throughput. This compact chromatograph can be placed where it’s convenient, on any lab bench, or even inside a standard fume hood.

The Biotage SP1 Flash Chromatograph has a window-based, touch screen interface that guides users through simple three-step processes to begin use. Users can either create their own method through the software wizard or choose a method from the preprogrammed functions, selecting the correct Biotage cartridge and setting fraction and gradient parameters to suit the needs of the task at hand, even adjusting in the middle of a run. This easy-to-use chromatograph also features waste and solvent monitoring straight from the brightly lit LCD touch screen.
