Biotek Epoch Microplate Reader
The Biotek Epoch is a compact microplate spectrophotometer that brings you a reliable monochromator-based absorbance reading. This microplate reader is versatile, cost-effective, and microvolume capable. This Biotek plate reader is filter-free and has a wavelength range of 200 nm to 999 nm. This robust and low-maintenance microplate reader is controlled by Gen6 software, which has powerful data analysis capabilities. The Epoch is also a bio-stack robot compatible with walk-away capabilities.
This Epoch microplate spectrophotometer is an ideal choice for wavelength scanning, endpoint, kinetics, ELISA, and microvolume analysis of nucleic acid and proteins. The instrument is also useful for qualitative and quantitative colorimetric assays. The Epoch Gen5 software for this Biotek plate reader comes with pre-programmed protocols and auto-corrects path length for an easy run from reading to output. The Epoch works with 6 to 384-well microplate formats with quick, efficient returns. Using the Biotek Take3 Microvolume plates provides a 2ul sample volume solution for rapid results for up to 48 samples at a time. All of our lab equipment comes backed by our standard warranty.
