BioTek Synergy Mx Microplate Reader SMA
The BioTek Synergy MX Microplate Reader is an ultra finetuned, modular plate reader with superior accuracy and precise operation. The monochromator-based system has a high level of spectral discrimination and spectral scans thanks to its quadruple grating architecture. The four-slit set up on the excitation and emission side gives you 16 bandpass combinations to choose from for every wavelength paring. The absorbance wavelength range is from 230 – 999 nm, tunable in 1 nm increments, and has a bandwidth of 2 nm (230-285 nm) and 4 nm (>285 nm). The BioTek Synergy MX has an automated Z height adjustment, that accommodates different microplate heights with 100 μm resolution. Gen5 Software provides an analysis of your data that’s adaptable no matter how your needs evolve. The Synergy MX is a great choice for Nucleic Acid and Protein Quantification, Enzymology, Cell Biology, and Microbial Quantification, Biomarker Quantification, and ELISA Assays.
