BioTek Synergy Neo2 Multi-Mode Plate Reader
The BioTek Synergy Neo2 Hybrid Multimode Reader gives your lab a sleek, flexible instrument with automated capabilities. This microplate reader features two independent optical paths, variable-bandwidth quad monochromators, filter-based optics, laser TRF, and multiple PMTs for fast results. The monochromator system can be set between 230-999 nm in 1 nm increments, and the swappable filter cubes allow you to customize the system to meet your lab’s requirements. The high-quality filter cubes of this plate reader use a barcode system to register the configuration automatically, and you’re off and running. These cubes’ fiberless design also means powerful sample excitation and high sensitivity.
The hybrid technology of this BioTek Synergy Neo2 gives readers independent optical paths, with continuously variable bandwidth quad monochromators, laser-based excitation, and filter-based optics for sensitivity. This system is outfitted with Monochromator ABS, FLU mono and filter-based with top and bottom reading, fluorescence polarization, TRF, LUM and Alpha laser installed.
To increase the efficiency of your workflow, the NEO2 can be partnered with a NEO Biostack Robot Handler (available from the manufacturer). This plate stacker can transfer a plate in just 6 seconds and can be controlled through the Gen5 software. This robust software helps guide users through setup and compliance with the 21 CFR part and GxP requirements, allows for multiple user profiles and permission levels, and collects and analyzes data.

Please Note: Biotek Neo2 system has been fully tested and passed absorbance, fluorescence and luminescence validations. The plate reader has a lot of options; if the buyer wants to add more filters later on, they can purchase them directly from the manufacturer.
