Bruker Alpha II FTIR Spectrometer
The Bruker Alpha II offers your lab a modular and compact FT-IR spectrometer that’s easily adaptable and useful in almost any industry. This spectrometer features a resilient design with Quicksnap swappable reading modules and is outfitted with the universal sampling module for all kinds of samples: solids, liquids, and gases. Its compact footprint allows users to move it wherever needed, and the sturdy construction makes it resistant to vibrations. Spectrometers measure the light reflected by a sample rather than absorbed light, as with a spectrophotometer.
The Bruker Alpha II Spectrometer has intuitive software to guide users through set-up and analysis. It can get new users up and running in just a few minutes. The Alpha II has a Rocksolid interferometer that’s always aligned for advanced stabilization, a Centerglow infrared source, and a solid-state diode laser. The transmission sample compartment has a 2×3 standard sample holder and accommodates a variety of liquid and gas cells.
