BTX ECM 2001 Electroporator

The BTX Electro Cell Manipulator is an electrophoration square wave generator and multifunctional electrofusion generator. The BTX electroporator supplies AC and DC wave pulses for applications involving embryo and cell fusions. The switchover from AC to DC takes a microsecond for efficient fusion, followed by a second application of AC, resulting in a higher number of hybrids during the rounding-off process.

The DC of this cell manipulator system can be used as a stand-alone electroporation device that offers a wide range of voltages between 5-3000V and pulse lengths. It can operate at low impedance loads of 20 Ω. The AC waveform is 1 MHz. All of our lab equipment comes fully tested and backed by our standard 30-Day warranty.
