The CBS Scientific PCR Workstation is optimized to protect against contamination in sensitive PCR amplification reactions. This Dead Air Box and PCR Cabinet safeguard against cross-contamination by limiting exposure to the lab environment. The low ozone, 254 mm UV lamp with a 12-hour countdown timer in the PCR Workstation irradiates the work area before use, making it a clean and safe environment for your PCR runs. The CBS Scientific PCR Hood has dual fluorescent lamps, a UV lamp with a built-in timer, and a stainless-steel ceiling to amplify the UV dose. The corrosion-resistant formica work surface of this PCR cabinet is durable and long-lasting. The PCR Hood Enclosure has a hinged glass door and slides-out panel, allowing easy access to the interior workspace.
