Corning PC420 Hotplate Stirrer
The Corning Hotplate Stirrer PC420 is a reliable workhorse that can be used for various applications and is commonly found in a laboratory environment. The Corning hotplate and magnetic lab stirrers are built out of quality materials to ensure product longevity. The Corning PC-420 comes equipped with a 7 x 5″ program ceramic top and an adjustable temperature and speed knob sitting in front of the stir plate, allowing for quick access. This hot plate stirrer has a temperature range of 25-550°C (5 above ambient-550°C on the digital model) and a speed range of up to 1100 RPM. All Corning stirrers use a belt that spins off a pulley system and is easily replaceable. Temperature setpoints are quickly achieved in a few seconds, and a light indicator illuminates the front to alert the user that the surface is hot.
