Despatch Oven LCC1-51-3
The Despatch Oven LCC1-51-3 brings users a stackable lab oven with HEPA filtration to provide a constant flow of 99.97% clean air to the product being heated. Up to 3 lab ovens can be connected to operate in tandem through a Modbus communication option, to maximize the productivity of the footprint. This digitally controlled laboratory drying oven features programmable control, showing both the setpoint and the current temperature. To prevent access while a cycle is running, there is an electrical door lock, with a manual override in case of a power failure.
The stainless steel exterior and interior of this lab drying oven are easy to clean and fully encompass 3 inches of insulation to prevent heat loss and potential contamination. Within the 5.1 cu ft chamber, the air is circulated horizontally, with a fan mounted at the rear of the chamber, aiding in excellent uniformity and circulating the filtered air. A Magnehelic differential pressure gauge on this laboratory drying oven monitors pressure drop across the HEPA filter to keep the lab oven running smoothly.
