DisTek Symphony 7100 Dissolution System
The DisTek Dissolution Symphony 7100 is a bathless dissolution apparatus system that’s simple to maintain and a great way to vary multiple sample runs. The Symphony 7100 can run up to 8 samples at a time with all modules installed, and up to three methods, each with its own speed, temperature, apparatus, and duration. The modular fashion of this system lets you specify the number of positions, so you can scale up or down easily. The D-drive motor not only controls the rate of speed but also raises and lowers each shaft on its own. The compact semi-circle design of the Symphony 7100 is not only sleek but provides unobstructed access to the vessels.
The DisTek Dissolution Symphony 7100 operates with heating jackets that heat up to 99°C, reaching 37°C from ambient in just 15 minutes, and that use less energy all around. Speed, temperature, and time are controlled from the upfront display panel, which shows continuously the in-vessel temperature. These values are recorded for compliance throughout the test. The icon-based, user-friendly navigation of the full-color touch screen also means less onboarding time, saving you time and money in training.
