The Eppendorf Innova S44i Biological Shaker is an innovative incubator shaker with efficient counterbalancing for vibration-free use and optimal growth conditions. The interior can easily accommodate five-liter Erlenmeyer flasks and can quickly be configured through clamps and dedicated platforms to fit a wide range of racks, plates, and vessels. This incubating shaker has even more capacity than its cousin, the Innova 44, adding 20% more room and 82% higher load capacity in a smaller footprint. It can also be stacked up to 3 units high.

The Innova s44i features integrated photosynthetic LED lights that let you grow plant and algae cells without modifying between runs. This precisely controlled light can be adjusted through the responsive touchscreen control. From this command center, users can also choose their desired speed, up to 400 rpm on a 1” orbit, and desired temperature from 10°C above ambient to 80°C. This screen also shows tracking information, status updates, and the timer, guiding users through setup and imbalance issues.

The Eppendorf x drive, a shaker mechanism with consistent speed during around-the-clock operation, powers the smooth operation. 5 Eccentric ball bearings keep loads of all sizes and weights running smooth, with the adjustable counterbalance weights helping to compensate for different loads and stay vibration-free.
