EVOS Light cubes offer users of the EVOS FL systems an easy way to switch emission and excitation values. The innovative design of these filters combines high-intensity and long-lasting LED light sources with condensing optics, a dichroic mirror, and hard-coated filters that are automatically recognized by your EVOS system. The intensity of the light can be adjusted to suit your needs through your instrument’s operating system to avoid photobleaching, while uniform illumination covers the entire field of view.

These easy-to-install EVOS cubes are ideal for EVOS FL imaging systems and Countess II FL cell counters. The EVOS filter Cube, DAPI 2.0, is perfect for use with BFP, DAPI, Hoechst, LysoTracker Blue, NucBlue Live, and other fluorophores with excitation and emission maxima near 357 and 447 nm. The v2 cube is backward compatible with older EVOS and Countess systems and can be used with first-generation cubes.
