The digital ultrasonic cleaner features power tracking capabilities with digital controls to accommodate heavy or light load by high-low power control, power degassing and sleep mode.  The ultrasonic bath is made using industrial and durable style 40 kHz transducers. These provide increased ultrasonic power along with built in sweep frequency function, to ensure uniform ultrasonic activity through the bath. Sweep frequency eliminates stand still wave and prevents interruption of the cavitation process throughout the tank.  The water bath sonicator’s high-low power control allows users to lower the amplitude of the acoustic energy in the tank. 70% power for more delicate applications and 100% for normal applications. This manipulation of the waves greater reduces damage to the components in the tank during the cleaning process.

A ultrasonic bath creates sound waves from the transducer which radiate throughout the water bath sonicator. The soundwaves create alternating high and low pressure. The different pressures create air cavities which implode, releasing enormous amounts of energy and creating tiny scrub bubbles. The bubbles enter all recesses and go in every direction which result in cleaning out your materials in the tank.

The digital ultrasonic cleaner is a 5.5-gallon plastic chemically resistant bath. It can run uninterrupted by its max 99-minute timer. The maximum sonic power is 280w and max draw power is 320w. The controls are well located above and behind the tank to avoid damage from cleaning solutions. This model has a built-in drain and is supplied with a drain kit to empty out the tank.
