Fisherbrand Vortexer
The Fisherbrand Vortexer is a variable-speed, analog mixer that’s simple to control and has a sturdy, stable body. Its 10-level dial control lets users set a low rpm start-up for gentle mixing at 300 rpm or up to a high-speed 3200 rpm for vigorous vortexing of their samples.
The digital version has a range of 500-3000 rpm that can be selected through the upfront touch buttons. This panel also gives users a timer function that shuts the unit off when time has elapsed.
In addition, users can toggle their operation settings between standby, on, or touch. The swappable thermo-rubber attachments of this vortex lab equipment hold either a test tube or swapped for a flat top and operate at an orbit of 4.9mm.
