GE Sievers 900 Laboratory TOC Analyzer
The GE Sievers 900 Laboratory TOC Analyzer provides precise TOC measurement in an easy-to-use, easy-to-maintain, pre-calibrated instrument. This total organic carbon analyzer can be installed and prepared for analyzing in less than one hour with no special training required. This TOC also requires minimal maintenance, generally a few hours per year, with quick replacement of consumables so you can maximize your time.
This TOC analyzer is self-contained and compact, without the need for external gasses or chemicals, so it won’t take up valuable space on the benchtop. The 900 Series analyzer has a wide dynamic range of 0.03 parts per billion (ppb) to 50 parts per million (ppm) and is ideal for ultrapure water to drinking water and industrial process waters for a variety of applications and feed water quality types.
The GE Sievers 900 Laboratory TOC Analyzer has intuitive touch control, with a full-color display that guides users through protocols and choice of methods, allows them to view data, review trends, and monitor consumable levels. Data collected by the 900 Laboratory TOC can easily be transferred and stored via USB, or parallel port, and opened directly in Excel. This TOC analyzer is built for minimal hands-on time or operator involvement, with automated calibrations, verifications, and data analysis, and can have resulted in as little as 4 minutes. The Autoreagent feature of the Sievers 900 laboratory automatically establishes the optimal flow rates for each sample so users can concentrate on other tasks.
The GE Sievers 900 Laboratory TOC Analyzer utilizes a unique Membrane Conductometric Detection Method that exhibits a dynamic range of six orders of magnitude, minimizing drift over time for a very stable, uncompromising analytical result. This total organic carbon analyzer uses a gas-permeable membrane that selectively passes only the CO2 produced from the oxidation of organics, blocking compounds like acids, bases, and halogenated compounds that could interfere with measurements.
