Herrmann Ultrasonics HSMPC Ultrasonic Welder

The Herrmann Ultrasonics HSMPC Ultrasonic Welder offers a versatile welding machine without adhesive or fasteners. This ultrasonic welding machine is operated with a digital, closed-loop control that continuously monitors and adjusts for an efficient seal. This quick-acting welder has a precision displacement measurement system, that automatically identifies resonance frequency, for better efficiency and to prolong the life of the welding mold, while also allowing a particularly narrow band.

The HSMPC Ultrasonic Welder holds 16 weld programs, with parameters such as weld pressure, amplitude, and trigger pressure, and will store data from 200 runs. This ultrasonic welder operates at 20kHz /2000W, has a maximum welding of 24 mm, welds in five modes (time, energy, power, relative displacement, absolute displacement), and has adjustable amplitude. This microprocessor-controlled plastic welder will also automatically compensate for voltage fluctuations caused by ultrasonic generator output changes, between -15% to +10%, and any temperature fluctuations that may occur.
