IKA M20 Universal Mill
The IKA M20 Universal Mill offers users a batch mill for grinding hard or brittle substances with optional cooling capacity and an easy-to-clean format. This lab mill is set with a star grinder ideal for fibrous substances like paper or vegetation, plastics, and items with a low weight. Cutters for the IKA Werke M20 can also be swapped out to handle other materials, sold separately by the OEM.
The Ika Werke M20 spins at a fixed speed of up to 20,000 RPM and features a double-walled chamber that can be cooled with circulating water sent through the two hose adapters. The high-grade stainless steel grinding chamber is easy to remove, making cleanup a breeze and the motor can process up to 250 ml of a substance with a Mohs hardness of up to 5, though actual capability will be dictated by the blade in use.
