The Invitrogen BenchPro 2100 Plasmid Purification System provides your lab with an automated large-scale plasmid DNA purification solution. This streamlined process goes straight from culture to plasmid and takes less than five minutes to execute. The system’s automated nature minimizes hands-on time, cutting down on what is normally a 22-step process. It uses a cell lysis buffer and a loading volume of 100-125mL bacterial culture. Reaction times run about 90 minutes, and up to two preps per run can be performed.

The Invitrogen BenchPro 2100 Plasmid Purification System leverages a disposable fluidics card to provide the same high-quality plasmid DNA as a manual kit. It can purify plasmid DNA of a range of sizes. These kits can be used for mammalian cell transfection, automated and manual sequencing, PCR amplification, cloning, transformation, and in-vitro transcription.
