Labconco CentriVap SpeedVac System

The Labconco CentriVap SpeedVac System is built to concentrate multiple heat-sensitive samples quickly. Up to 132 samples can be processed on the speedvac concentrator using a brushless motor reaching up to 1725 RPM. The Labconco CentriVap Concentrator combines a refrigeration system, centrifugal force, and vacuum to concentrate samples. This versatile concentrator cools to -4°C or heats to 100°C to cover a broad range of set points and temperature sensitivities.

This Centrivap features microprocessor control, with a digital display showing the set temperature, time up to 999 minutes for both the temperature and the run time, and which program is being used. Users can set up to 9 programs and set 3 to the quick access buttons on the panel.  This Labconco Concentrator also features a quick-stop function and a preheat as well.

Partnered with this Centrivap is The Labconco CentriVap Cold Trap. Together, this system collects evaporated corrosive liquids transferred from a speed vac concentrator. This Centrivap Cold Trap helps protect the vacuum pump from corrosion from low freezing point solvents. The Labconco CentriVap is used in various industries and is commonly used for sample desiccation and freeze-drying applications.

This Labconco cold trap reaches -84°C and features an illuminated temperature graph that lights up green with endpoint indication when the collector coil has hit the desired operating temperature. This Labconco CentriVap Cold Trap has a four-liter stainless steel collector and comes equipped with a 1/3hp compressor. The unit includes HCFC-Free refrigerant and a corrosion-resistant drain port.  The system is easy to hook up with the quick connects and takes less than a minute to set up.
