The Labconco Purifier HEPA Filter Enclosure protects your work from particulate contamination, in a contained and efficient compact space. This PCR workstation is ideal for level 1, 2, or 3 Biosafety but doesn’t require product protection. This 4-foot lab enclosure directs 99.99% efficient HEPA-filtered air in a downward vertical laminar airflow at a velocity of between 75-105 fpm. The sash for this ductless enclosure is built from ¼ inch-thick safety glass with a 9.44” opening and is set at an ergonomic 10 degrees, with wiping seals, and a locked loading height of 20 inches. Inside this light-duty fume hood are two utility ports with iris openings and plugs.

This PCR hood also features Clean-Sweep airflow openings, an upper dilution air supply, and a variety of strategically placed airfoils. The Labconco Purifier Laminar Flow Hood 4 foot comes with an airflow monitor, variable speed blower, and minihelic pressure gauge.. This laminar hood is sturdily constructed out of epoxy-coated aluminum and steel. With its quiet operation, this freestanding biosafety hood is a great tool for your lab.
