The laboratory chest freezer has a volume of 15 cu ft and features a lockable lid and a probe access port for monitoring and alarms. The temperature range can be set from the dial thermostat and covers between -15 and -25°C. The benefit of a drop-in freezer is cold air doesn’t spill out as with an upright freezer when you open the door, allowing for more stable conditions.
