Ledco 44 Hot Roll Laminator & Mounter

The Ledco Signmaster 44 is a heavy-duty industrial hot roll laminator for 44in single side lamination. This roller laminator carries out the functions of multiple machines such as transfer tape application, vinyl application to sign blanks, mounting and over laminating with thermal pouches, one-sided lamination with pressure-sensitive films, and laminating inkjet prints. It also works with a wide variety of materials and papers up to .5 in thick, using film that’s up to 10 mil thick. Features include an adjustable clutch and tension to make sure films and tapes run smoothly, alloy construction, variable speed including presets for film and pouches. The drive is also reversible to back out materials to correct a wrap-around. 

The Signmaster makes the final prep of vinyl signage a breeze laying it down with no bubbles or wrinkles. The Ledco laminator can also apply clear PSA overlaminates to finished signs or promotional items, doubling as a pouch laminator. The Ledco Signmaster 44 is great for sign shops, photo-finishing labs, reprographics shops, and manufacturing plants, helping to speed up workflows and reduce the potential for errors. The feed tray is also non-ferrous so you can use magnetic materials without issue. The sign laminator has an electronic interlocked safety shield to protect the user and two safety stop buttons on either side.
