Lonza 384 Nucleofector System
The Lonza 384 Nucleofector System gives your lab a high throughput, and fast plate processing for transferring nucleic acids with high reproducibility. This 384-well format gets results in as little as 1 minute per plate, ideal for screening applications arrayed cDNA, RNAi, or CRISPR libraries. The Nucleofector System also features kits that use existing 96-well Shuttle Protocols with conductive polymer 384-well Nucleocuvette Plates.
This Transfection system consists of a high-voltage power supply, and a unit to handle the plates, and is controlled with PC-based software. The plate handling component operates with a carousel allowing users to load 2 plates at a time. The high performance of this nucleofector means minimal material consumption and works with low cell numbers down to 2×104 cells. The controlling software also allows users to integrate with an automation system for the best workflow.
