This vane-type compressor has an RPM of 1800, with blades that slide on a thin film of oil for complete reliability. This system also features fewer moving parts than it’s competitors, for easy maintenance over its lifetime of use. This system is also quieter than a vacuum cleaner at just 61 dbA

When there is no air demand for short periods of time, there is an on/offload valve that lets the compressor reduce its internal pressure and cut down on energy consumption, without having to stop operation. This saves users time, operating costs and helps to extend the life of the compressor and electric motor.

The Mattei Blade 4s HX Rotary Vane Air Compressor is controlled with the Maestro XB, built to adapt the compressor operation, with several levels of programming and monitoring. The Maestro XB has a menu structured navigation, and quick access menu keys for fast start-ups. The easy-to-read LCD display has a clear view of analog data, alarms, and machine statuses, and records up to 10 anomaly events.

Also partnered with this rotary vane-type compressor is a refrigerant dryer, built to reduce the condensation presence in the compressor. This helps keep dew points stable and prevent leaks and risk of failure to the machine and pneumatic devices.
