The Mini DeBEE Laboratory Homogenizer provides users with the highest process intensity with the flexibility of modular homogenizing cell design. This flexibility allows you to control pressure, flow, cavitation, impact, shear, and process duration independently. This high-pressure homogenizer has a continuous flow of up to 250 mL/min, and the pressure can be adjusted between 2,000 to 45,000 PSI (140 to 3,100 bar).

The Mini DeBEE can handle sample sizes as small as 10ml but can quickly and quickly scale up to production levels. Particle sizes are reduced as low as 10 nanometers, and the system is suitable for a broad range of applications, including liposomes and low or no surfactant products. Users can control all their settings from the PLC command center. The Mini DeBEE modular emulsifying cell (EC) is configurable with multiple flow patterns for various applications and can handle abrasive and viscous materials.
