Molecular Devices VersaMax Tunable Plate Reader

The Molecular Devices VersaMax Microplate Reader is a tunable absorbance (UV/Vis) monochromator-based system.  This reliable Plate Reader uses a grating monochromator for wavelength selection, allowing users to choose the exact wavelength they need for their assay. The tunable system covers a wavelength range from 340 to 850nm, equivalent to having 510 filters. This 96-well plate reader gives you high performance, whether you’re using flat, round, or half-area well plates, and also provides dual readings to give you the actual absorbances at each wavelength.

The Molecular Devices Versamax Tunable Microplate Reader includes temperature control up to 45°C for kinetic assays. This plate reader is ideal for Kinetic ELISAs, Enzyme Assays, Cytotoxicity, Cytoproliferation, Endpoint ELISAs/EIA, Microbial Growth/MIC, Bacterial Identification, and Colorimetric Protein. Users can control their plate reader and manage their data using the robust Molecular Devices SoftMax Pro software, which handles various assays, including complex kinetic tests that need custom calculations.  Users can also choose how to layer their data in one graph to best suit their needs.
